As we approach the season of Thanksgiving, I’m reminded of the profound impact gratitude has—not just on how we see the world, but on how we see ourselves. Our mission to be in the game for good is rooted in helping young people achieve their best, and along the way, we are reminded of the incredible power of perspective. Gratitude gives us that perspective. It shifts our focus from what’s missing to what’s meaningful. It empowers us to embrace joy, connection and purpose in every moment.
This month, I’m grateful to share a resource that embodies the spirit of gratitude: the Believe in You “Gratitude Adjustment” Journal. This journal is designed to inspire reflection, mindfulness and a fresh perspective, especially when stress, doubt, or business threaten to take over. It offers a simple yet powerful framework to help anyone cultivate gratitude.
