On Friday, November 8, I was proud to announce that our people are not just employees of Varsity Brands—they are now co-owners.
Welcoming more than 7,000 team members across the U.S. and the Dominican Republic into this shared ownership journey marks a new chapter for us. This step reflects our belief that when we succeed, we succeed together. It’s a powerful affirmation of our values: Service, Passion, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, and Transparency. These are not just words on a page; they are the principles that guide us in everything we do and have propelled Varsity Brands to be a leader in fostering school spirit, athletic excellence, and community pride.
As a portfolio company of KKR, which acquired Varsity Brands in August 2024, this ownership initiative represents a timely investment in our people and culture. Their support has been instrumental in making this vision a reality.
