Susan Crumpton

Vice President of Communications

Susan Crumpton joined Varsity Brands in 2022 as the Vice President of Communications. She leads the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies to articulate the company's vision and mission to Elevate the Student Experience.
Susan has over 20 years of experience in communications leadership positions. At American Airlines, she served as Managing Director of Corporate Communications and President and Group Publisher of American Airlines Publishing. In 2012, she joined Bell Helicopter to lead strategic communications and public relations. She then moved to CHC Helicopter as Head of Global Communications and later joined Charles Schwab as the Director of Transformation Communications and Chief of Staff.
