Chief Technology and Product Officer

Satish Mehta is the Chief Technology and Product Officer and joined the company in February 2026. In this role, he leads Varsity Brands’ product and technology strategy, building digital platforms, data-driven experiences, and secure systems that scale across the enterprise. He and his team are focused on delivering intuitive, high-impact products that simplify how teams, coaches, athletes, and employees engage with a wide range of technology-driven offerings.

Satish has previously held a range of IT leadership positions across several industries, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Chewy. His experience also includes roles as the Vice President of Data & Analytics Solutions at United Healthcare Group, Vice President of Omni-Channel, Sales & Marketing Data at Staples, Inc. and various roles within the Data Platforms and Operations division at Yahoo Inc. Additionally, he served on the board of directors of Express, Inc. from 2022-2024.

Satish holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and math from Jawaharlal Nehru University, an M.B.A. from California Miramar University and completed the Chief Technology Officer executive program at the University of Pennsylvania.
