Kurt Hagen is Chief of Special Projects for Varsity Brands, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading technology innovation and business transformation.

Previously, Kurt served as Chief Innovation Officer for Varsity Brands and BSN SPORTS. During his 15 years with BSN SPORTS, he helped launch major digital platforms including My Team Shop and Team Art Locker. Before joining BSN SPORTS, Kurt held leadership roles at Fossil, Inc., where he established the company’s European headquarters and distribution centers and led sales, marketing, purchasing and eCommerce functions. He earned a marketing degree from Texas Christian University.
